We have spent the last couple of weeks reflecting on our accomplishments, our frustrations, our joys. We considered intentional questions around Action, Love, Impact, Positivity and Change and how answers to those questions create a framework for living our best life. To end the year and start our journey into the upcoming one there is just one more thing to do~ Create and live your perfect day. How can you live your best life if you haven’t designed your best days?
Answer the questions below as if you were designing your best day ever….
Waking Up: What’s the time? What’s the first thing you see, hear, and smell?
Your location: Where do you live – the walls, the furniture, floors, pictures, etc.
Your bedroom: What’s it look like- the walls, furniture, floors, pictures etc
1st thing- What’s the very first thing you do after waking up?
Breakfast- What’s the setting, what are you eating, who’s with you?
Style and Dress: how have you decided to dress for today (clothes, shoes, accessories?
Your morning: How do you spend your morning- what activities and with whom?
Your lunch: What’s the setting, what are you eating? Who’s with you?
Your afternoon: how do you spend your afternoon- what activities and with whom?
Your dinner: What’s the setting, what are you eating? Who’s with you?
Your evening: how do you spend your evening , what activities- with whom?
Free time- do you spend time relaxing, learning, where and with whom?
Friends- Who are your friends, what are they like, why do you like them?
Going to bed- before bed, do you read to your kids, sit outside, enjoy music?
